Using free weights to build strength and tone larger muscle groups, Sculpt will leave you feeling that you have had an amazing workout lifting weights under safe and controlled conditions due to our smaller class sizes and expert instructors. Suitable for all Fitness Types

Barre Attack

Using the ballet barre, integrating the fundamentals of Pilates with cardio intervals, core work, functional exercises and dance to create a fun total body workout. Barre will leave you with a rush of endorphins that will reframe and re-focus you for the day while building endurance and strength in all the right places. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Hiit B& W

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training. Exercises generally involve multiple muscle groups working together to give you the best calorie - burning bang for buck. Intervals are short (less than 1 minute) and class duration is only half an hour, allowing for those who are time poor to give maximum effort over a shorter period of time, leaving you suitably sweaty and out of breath. Suitable for intermediate to advance fitness levels, however can be modified for beginners
