Sculpt
Our strength and conditioning class focused on building muscular strength, power and endurance through a combination of weightlifting, body weight exercises, plyometrics and cardio intervals in a circuit format lead by our expert personal trainers

Barre
Using the ballet barre, integrating the fundamentals of Pilates with cardio intervals, core work, functional exercises and dance to create a fun total body workout. HIIT
Our High Intensity Interval training class is a mixture of cardio exercises and strength movements designed to challenge both the cardiovascular system and muscle endurance. Each class duration is only half an hour, allowing for those who are time poor to give maximum effort during each interval, maximising calorie burn and boosting metabolism.

Strength
Our Intermediate weight training class, designed specifically for women 40+ to build and protect lean muscle mass.
Embedded in the principle that lifting heavy weights assists to offsets the lower estrogen levels during perimenopause (and beyond) to trigger an adaptation in the central nervous system to force the body to produce more muscle. Our small class sizes allow for an emphasis on proper form and individual progressive overload safely.
