💪🏽 H.I.I.T - Stands for High Intensive Interval Training. Designed to get your heart rate up and maximise your calorie burn. Focusing on Lighter weights with more reps.

💪🏽 Sculpt - Circuit based free weight class, designed to Sculpt, Shape and Tone a Women’s body. Using a combination of Strength + Conditioning work with at least 2 cardio exercises per for a full body workout.

💪🏽 Strength - Our new intermediate to advanced weight training class. Designed to build Strong women. Heavier weights, less reps, no cardio .
