Maximum Results, Minimal Time
Reformer Pilates
Focusing on the principles of the Pilates Method, our Reformer classes will give you a low impact, challenging full body workout. Our dynamic class sequences will improve your strength, stability and core with an emphasis on correct technique and alignment to create a toned, strong and confident body.
Sculpt
A combination of strength, conditioning and circuit work that will sculpt, shape and tone your upper, middle and lower body. Our Sculpt classes use free weights and are guided by one of our experienced trainers to ensure proper technique and set you up for success. Suitable for all fitness levels
Barre Attack
Barre Attack is the complete Barre Fitness class that combines the best of Pilates, fitness training and Ballet. Using the Ballet Barre and Resistance Bands to integrate the fundamentals of Pilates with cardio intervals, core work, functional exercises and dance to create a fun total body workout.
HIIT
H.I.I.T stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Exercises generally involve multiple muscle groups working together to give you the best calorie-burning bang for your buck. Intervals are short (less than a minute) so you can give maximum effort every time. Suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.
Yoga
Our Empower yoga classes are designed to bring an awareness back to oneself while switching off from the stressors of everyday life. Suitable to all fitness levels, while challenging core strength and flexibility.
Personal Training
Whether you’re new to the gym, or looking to take your training up a notch, if you’re after tailored programming and accountability , Personal Training could be right for you. Our personal trainers have decades of experience training women’s bodies and can work with you one-on-one to ensure you achieve your health and fitness goals.

We run a classes and PT only gym, however we have a wide range of classes ranging from reformer, yoga, barre attack and strength.

Depending on how your initial trial goes with us, we can tailor your wants and needs into the membership that works for your lifestyle. We have weekly memberships ranging from $30-$72 per week with options in between to suit your needs.
A. Everyone starts their time with us with a no obligation trial for $30 for 7 days unlimited classes. At the end of which you will have the choice of whether to stay with us on your fitness journey or not.
Yes absolutely, if you’re looking for the most personalized and in-depth fitness tailored exactly to you, we offer 1:1 or 2:1 personal training packages.
Not at all. We offer flexible month to month memberships for members looking for a more flexible option.
Of course you can. We have a range of classes with all different levels of competency, with introductory reformer classes for beginners right the way through to advanced reformer classes for those more familiar with the equipment. Not only that, our Barre Attack and Sculpt classes are smaller numbers, allowing us to cater for all fitness levels.
