Barre

Using the ballet barre, integrating the fundamentals of Pilates with cardio intervals, core work, functional exercises and dance to create a fun total body workout. Burn

Our ½ hour science backed, high-intensity class. Using a mixture of cardio and strength exercises with intervals lasting over 1 minute at 80% effort or under 30 seconds at 100% effort. Ensuring optimal fat burn, metabolic health, and muscle endurance—without the inefficiencies of moderate-intensity training.

Our Intermediate to advanced weight training class, designed specifically for women 40+. Based on the latest research, to offset declining estrogen levels, this class is designed to lift heavy weights to trigger an adaptation in the central nervous system to force the body to produce more muscle.

*Strength is a prerequisite to Build in order to learn how to lift safely with proper technique and form.
